I had to look twice to be sure of what I saw - Cynthia Steffe has models in sheer nude knee socks with a black seam up the front and a wide black band at the top - which I think looks very cool with the top black outfit.
The Betsey Johnson runway show looked, as always, extremely colorful and full of fantastic legwear. This year featured herringbone over the knee socks and tights, fishnet capri leggings, and pirate style striped leggings and tights.
And finally, this isn't technically legwear - but this outfit from Benjamin Cho does make me want to try making my own garters out of legwarmers and a skirt or pair of shorts. What do you think?
